Air Peace 24-hours cancellation: 

• Passengers are permitted to cancel their booking up to2 hours before the departure of the flight time. 
• Air Peace Cancellation Policy, if a passenger cancels their Air Peace flight ticket within 24 hours of the flight ticket purchase then, the cancellation charges will not be applied.

Cancellation Policy for Bad Climate: 

Due to the bad climate or any emergency conditions if Air Peace cancels their flight so passengers will be eligible to get a full refund amount. 

Cancellation Policy for Delayed Flights: 

According to the Air Peace Cancellation Policy, In case, Air Peace has delayed more than 5 hours then, the passenger can claim the complimentary voucher for dining or access the free-of-cost lounge. 

Cancellation Policy for Illness or Relative Death: 

Due to the relative death meanwhile, the mother or father or son or spouse or daughter if a passenger can’t continue their travel so he/she has to cancel their booking before departure or submit the relevant document, and then, he/she will be permitted to get the full refund amount and the same rule will apply for the major injury or serious illness. 

Air Peace Cancellation Fee: 

• The cancellation charges are not fixed every time and it focuses the plenty of things from the passenger flight ticket such as duration, class, distance, fare type, or other major factors. 
• As per the rule, the passenger needs to pay 25% of the charges from the fare as an Air Peace Cancellation Fee if he/she cancels their flight ticket booking after 24 hours of the flight ticket booking. 

Air Peace Refund Policy: 

• Under the Air Peace refund policy, the passenger will get a refund in two ways namely Voluntary refund & airline refund. Using Voluntary refund, the passenger can raise the refund request by the airline, and the airline refund, when the passenger cancels their flight and get the refund in the form of a voucher, change flight ticket or full refund.
• The refund amount will get within seven to ten working days after the cancellation of the reservation. 
• The refund amount will directly reach the passenger's bank account which was used for the same Air Peace flight ticket booking. 
• The non-refundable ticket holder can also be permitted to cancel their flight ticket with Air Peace but, the refund will come in the form of the travel point.
