Air Liaison 24 Hours Cancellation Policy

• Passengers are permitted to cancel their booking up to 2 hours before the actual scheduled departure of the flight time.
• Passengers will get risk-free cancellation if they cancel their booking within 24 hours from the flight ticket purchase or at least 7 weeks before the actual scheduled departure of the flight time.
• Passengers are only permitted to cancel their booking from the official website of the Air Liaison or the helpline number 1-(888) 589-8972 of the customer or directly from the airport under the Air Liaison reservation counter.

Air Liaison cancellation Policy- Delayed or canceled flight:

• In case, the Air Liaison flight has been delayed more than 3 hours from the actual schedule of the departure time then, passengers are eligible to claim a complimentary voucher for lounge access.
• If the Air Liaison flight has been canceled due to the airline industry strike or bad weather or technical failure or other major situations. Passengers will get a complete refund amount without any additional charges.

Air Liaison cancellation Policy- Illness or relative death:

Any passenger is permitted to get a complete refund amount if he/she is suffering any major illness or relative death (mother, father, son, daughter, or spouse) but, he/she needs to submit the related document to the concerned authority & cancel Air Liaison flight before departure.

Air Liaison Cancellation Fee:

The cancellation charges are dynamic and depend on the situation such as duration, class, fare type, or other major factors. As per the standards, Air Liaison applies the below-given cancellation charges.

• If any passenger cancels a flight ticket within 24 hours or at least 60 days before the flight ticket purchase then, cancellation charges will not be applied.
• If any passenger cancels a flight ticket between 31 to 59 days before the departure then, he/she has to pay 69 US dollars as an Air Liaison cancellation fee.
• If any passenger cancels a flight ticket between 6 days to 2 hours before the departure then, he/she has to pay 119 US dollars as an Air Liaison cancellation fee.

Air Liaison Refund Policy:

• The refund rules will apply after the cancelation of the booking and in some special cases such as major illness, delayed or canceled flight passengers need to claim the refund from the Air Liaison website.
• The refund amount will get directly to the passenger's bank account which will use for the same flight ticket booking.
• The refund will credit within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation of the booking.

Air Liaison Reimbursement Policy:

According to the EU regulation law, passengers are allowed to get Reimbursement for flights delayed or canceled. The compensation will apply under the EC 261 section where passengers will get the up to 700 US dollars with certain conditions such as:

• The Air Liaison flight must be departed from any European airport.
• The flight has delayed more than 3 hours from the actual departure time.
